Overall Rating
Represents the calculated Overall Rating for investment (see Show Calculations for details). The overall rating for each investment is calculated by taking the average of that investment’s cost, schedule, and evaluation points, assigned based on rating it received.  If the Evaluation (By Agency CIO) is lower than both the cost rating and the schedule rating, then it will override the overall rating such that 100% of the overall rating comes from Evaluation rating. Cost Rating
The cost rating is based on the degree of variance between the actual costs of an investment and the planned costs of it so far. For details about how this is calculated and factored into the overall rating, see this entry in the FAQ.

Schedule Rating
The schedule rating is based on the average number of days early or late for completed milestones. For details about how this is calculated and factored into the overall rating, see this entry in the FAQ.

Evaluation (By Agency CIO)
