Overall Rating
Represents the percentage distribution of all investments within the selected view with red, yellow, and green overall ratings. For more details, see this entry in the FAQ.

Cost Rating
Represents the percentage distribution of all investments within the selected view with red, yellow, and green cost ratings.  The cost rating is based on the degree of variance between the actual costs of an investment and the planned costs of it so far. For details about how this is calculated and factored into the overall rating, see this entry in the FAQ.

Schedule Rating
Represents the percentage distribution of all investments within the selected view with red, yellow, and green schedule ratings.  The schedule rating is based on the average number of days early or late for completed milestones. For details about how this is calculated and factored into the overall rating, see this entry in the FAQ.

Evaluation (By Agency CIO)
Represents the percentage distribution of all investments within the selected view with red, yellow, and green Evaluation (By Agency CIO) ratings (gray represents investments not yet rated by the Agency CIO). Every investment has an evaluation from 1-5 which is factored into its overall rating.
